Brand GAS was founded in 1982 by an Italian called Claudio Grotto. The company`s principle is «keep it simple» standing for positivity, simplicity, functionality, convenience and quality. GAS logo is a symbolic image of two intersecting rainbows. According to the legend the company`s founder witnessed this natural phenomenon in person, after a storm in Cape Town, and it impressed him to the extent of using it as a new brand logo.
